The staff team is comprised of a full-time project coordinator and three part-time youth workers.

Graeme grew up in the south-side of Glasgow, and lived there until he was 21. After 4 years at Glasgow University studying Neuroscience, he moved to Dundee to begin working as a youth worker with the Hot Chocolate Trust. After 2 years he took up the post of project coordinator with Hyzone and is looking forward to getting the project off the ground. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, going to gigs and spending time with his wife, as well as playing squash and skiing when the opportunity arises! |
Derek Scott

Derek lives in Bellshill and currently works for North Lanarkshire Council’s Children and Young People’s Team. He took up his role with Hyzone after a year at Bellshill and Mossend YMCA where he worked on a streetwork and drop-in based project. Derek is heavily involved in volunteering with numerous organisations and projects throughout Scotland, UK-wide and Europe. He enjoys going to the cinema and reading novels. |
